Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) describes rules that apply to any party (“you”, “your”, “yours”, or “Customer”) using any products and services (“Services”) provided by SMS Misr Inc. or any of its affiliates (collectively, “SMS Misr”) and any user of any software application or service made available by Customer that interfaces with the Services (“End User”). The prohibited conduct in this AUP is not exhaustive. Customer is responsible for its End Users’ compliance with this AUP. If Customer or any End User violates this AUP, SMS Misr may suspend Customer’s use of the Services.

Prohibited Activities

Do not use the Services to engage in or encourage any activity that is illegal, deceptive, harmful, a violation of others’ rights, or harmful to SMS Misr’s business operations or reputation

Falsification of Identity or Origin

reating a false identity or any attempt to mislead others as to the identity of the sender or the origin of any data or communications

No Service Integrity Violations

Do not violate the integrity of the Services, including: Bypassing Service Limitations, Security Vulnerabilities, Disabling the Services, Harmful Code or Bots

Terms and Conditions

  • you will be charged the applicable rates available in our official website SMS.com.eg
  • The validity of the credit for life applies if the account is used at least once every 12 months, otherwise the validity of the balance will expire
  • It is not permissible to refund any amounts paid, but must be used in one of our services
  • The company has the right to delete or ban the account in case of violation, as well as to delete the remaining balance in the account that violates the terms and conditions, the laws of the state and the National Communications Regulatory Authority(NTRA)
  • The user is not entitled to claim the company for any compensation arising from a technical problem related to the company or service providers
  • These Terms of Service apply if you create, accept or otherwise agree to your account on, after or before November 5, 2022 and the Company has the right to modify them at any time and your use of our services is an implicit acceptance of any modifications announced on our website
